Golfstrength of the day is carefully created by Bjarni Ólafsson. He is a physiotherapist and TPI certified coach with more than 10 years of experience in training groups and personal training ranging from beginners to professional athletes.

The score tells you if you have been training like a golf pro or if you still have room for improvement concerning your golf fitness. It tells you where you stand compared to amateurs and golf pros.
